For new accounts, the first 30–60 days are primarily a data-gathering phase — we make informed initial decisions, then let real performance data guide subsequent optimization.

All campaigns are submitted to platform review. We do not control platform approval decisions. Ad approval timelines and policy interpretations vary. We build campaigns to comply, but cannot guarantee approval.

Scaling Successful Campaigns

Once campaigns have proven economics — consistent lead flow, validated cost per acquisition, reliable conversion rates — we develop a structured scaling plan. This includes budget increase thresholds, new audience expansion, additional channels, and creative refresh schedules to sustain performance as volume grows.

Scaling is data-gated. We don't recommend increasing budgets because it benefits us — we recommend it when the data supports it. And when it doesn't, we tell you that too.

What We Can and Can't Control

Platform Policies: All advertising is subject to Google, Meta, and Microsoft platform policies. Ad approvals, account suspensions, and policy changes are outside our control. We build compliant campaigns to minimize risk, but cannot guarantee platform decisions.
Results Vary: Advertising performance is affected by industry, competitive landscape, budget, creative quality, offer strength, and market conditions. No agency can guarantee specific results, and any agency that does is misleading you.
Timeline Expectations: Most campaigns require 60–90 days to reach meaningful optimization. Performance during the first 30 days reflects learning phase data — not final campaign economics.

Process FAQ

Do I retain ownership of my ad accounts? +
Yes, always. We work within your accounts — we never create agency-owned accounts that you'd lose access to if you stopped working with us. Account ownership is non-negotiable.
How long is the contract? +
We offer month-to-month arrangements with a 30-day notice period, as well as discounted quarterly and annual agreements. We don't believe in locking clients into long contracts — we earn your business by delivering results.
What's the minimum ad budget? +
We recommend a minimum of $1,500–$3,000/month in platform ad spend to generate statistically meaningful data and meaningful lead volume. Budgets below this threshold often produce too little data for effective optimization. We'll give you a specific recommendation during your free audit.
Do you work with businesses outside Texas? +
Yes. While we're headquartered in Richmond, TX, we manage campaigns for clients across the country. Most of our work is remote and location-independent.
How do you report on performance? +
You receive monthly written reports summarizing spend, lead volume, cost per acquisition, key optimizations made, and priorities for the coming month. We can also provide access to live dashboards on request. Reports are written to be readable — not to hide poor performance behind metrics that don't matter.
